Man’s best friend - Thanks for taking such good care of this big fella. He was already a great dog but now he is disciplined, focused and happier than ever. There is no reason to have an untrained or disobedient dog. I am very much looking forward to seeing what else he is capable of.

24hrs post op with my boy, Rip. Happy to have knocked out these two surgeries just about a month apart. Shoutout to my surgeon Dr. Taylor Jobe for getting my elbow squared away and to for making the process so smooth. Looking forward to seeing the results a I heal. Road to recovery continues. Feeling great and cannot wait to be back on the mats doing what I love very soon. Thanks everyone for the kind and supporting messages.

Back home after a successful knee surgery. Been putting this off for a while but the last several months left me no choice. I was not able to train to the best of my ability and I certainly didn’t want to continue like this for 2026 season so we made the decision to get the surgery and move forward. I would like to thanks Dr. Tyrell Burrus and Stonegate Surgical Center in Austin for taking great care of me. I would also like to give a shoutout to for making this whole process so smooth, professional and affordable. Grateful to be on the other side of this now. Looking forward to the recovery and getting back to training better than before.

Opening my own gym has been a dream of mine since I can remember, and now it’s finally here. We opened Practice with just the essentials: mats and a great community. That will hold us over until the academy reaches its full potential. There’s still a lot of construction and improvements to come, and I’ll be sharing more of the plans and progress in the near future. We already have a great little community of dedicated, like-minded people looking to develop skills and build better versions of themselves through jiu-jitsu. It’s finally here, Practice Jiu Jitsu in Georgetown, Texas. I was able to accomplish one of my lifelong dreams which was to open my own Jiu jitsu school, established Nov. 27, 2025. There are so many people to thank that helped make this possible. We have received a tremendous amount of support from our students since day one and our class sizes have been growing with each day that passes. Give our page a follow and if you’re in the greater Austin area (specifically Georgetown or Round rock), or know someone who is, shoot me a dm to set up a visit.
