There’s nothing quite like feeling fit. Not because it’s easy, but because it isn’t.
It’s the result of showing up when you don’t feel like it, staying consistent when motivation fades, and putting in the work day after day. Those early mornings, the tough workouts, and small choices that add up over time.
The process isn’t always fun, but the reward is worth it. More energy, more confidence, and the satisfaction of knowing you earned it. Extra credit if you can smile through the tough parts!
Keep showing up. Your future self will thank you.

We couldn’t be more proud to have Alexa McAuliffe as part of our community. A world champion rower, an exceptional leader, and an assistant coach for the newly crowned National Champion, University of Texas rowing team (also her alma mater). Alexa embodies excellence both on and off the water. 🏆🧡
Her passion, dedication, and competitive spirit are inspiring to everyone around her. She also makes cheering for the Longhorns even more fun. Congratulations to Alexa and the entire Texas rowing program on an incredible championship season! 🤘🚣♀️

Two women. Two massive accomplishments. One incredibly proud community. ❤️
A huge congratulations to Coach Aly on qualifying for the CrossFit Adaptive Games for the SECOND year in a row and to Coach Hannah Black for punching her ticket to the CrossFit Games for the very first time! 🔥
These women are the definition of grit, discipline, resilience, and heart. The countless early mornings, long training sessions, setbacks, sacrifices, and moments nobody sees are what built these achievements.
Coach Aly continues to inspire us beyond words. Competing at this level while navigating POTS and EDS is a testament to her strength, determination, and refusal to let limitations define her story. She reminds our entire community what courage and perseverance truly look like.
And Coach Hannah… what a season. Watching years of hard work, consistency, and belief culminate in a CrossFit Games qualification has been nothing short of incredible. Absolutely earned. Absolutely deserved.
Beyond their athletic accomplishments, both Aly and Hannah are outstanding humans, coaches, teammates, and leaders. We are unbelievably lucky to have them as part of the SoLa family. They inspire our community daily to keep showing up, keep fighting, and keep believing in what’s possible.

Memorial Day at SoLa means more than just a workout. 🇺🇸
Join the entire SoLa community on Monday, May 25th, for the classic Hero WOD: MURPH.
This workout is done in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Murph is about grit, sacrifice, community, and pushing through discomfort together for something much bigger than ourselves. Every rep is a reminder that freedom is not free. ❤️
