Allie Nichols put on a show at the Arnold Classic for Virus Series 1 in Columbus.
As a 17-year-old in the Junior W69 class, she went 6/6 and totaled 172kg:
Sn**ch: 70 / 73 / 75
Clean & Jerk: 91 / 94 / 97
Two lifetime PRs.
New class. Big stage. Handled it like a pro.
This was our 13th meet together over the last 3 years, and somehow our first Arnold Classic together. That makes this one mean a little more.
What stood out most wasn’t just the result. It was the composure, the trust, and the way Allie carried herself on one of the biggest platforms in the sport. No wasted motion. No drama. Just good lifting.
