FALL EQUINOX SOUND BATH
Sunday, September 20
6:30–7:30 PM

The Fall Equinox marks a moment of balance… a turning point in the year when day and night are nearly equal and summer begins its transition into fall.

Join us for a special Fall Equinox Sound Bath and an evening of stillness, reflection, and renewal.

As the sun begins to set over the Texas Hill Country, we’ll settle in together and allow the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gong to create an immersive space for deep relaxation.

It’s an opportunity to quiet the mind, release some of what we’ve been carrying, and create a little more space for the season ahead.

Whether you’ve experienced a sound bath before or this will be your first, no previous experience is necessary.

Simply come as you are and give yourself an hour to slow down and be still.

Please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow or bolster
• Water bottle

Space is limited, so advance registration is recommended.

Reserve your spot in the Del Sol App or at DelSolAustin.com

We look forward to sharing the transition into fall with you.

In the meantime, let’s soak up the last weeks of summer together ☀️😎😅

7 Star Double Hammers Seminar

Saturday, September 19 • 11:00 AM Del Sol Yoga and Kung Fu

Heavy, powerful, and surprisingly fluid, the 7 Star Double Hammers are one of the more distinctive weapons in traditional Chinese martial arts.

Join Sifu Thomas Leverett for a special seminar exploring the fundamentals of this unique paired weapon. We’ll work with the hammers’ weight and momentum to develop whole-body power, coordination, timing, balance, and fluid movement…. learning how two seemingly heavy weapons can move together as one.

This workshop is a chance to experience a weapon we don’t often have the opportunity to train and to add a new dimension to your martial arts practice.

Seminar — $125
7 Star Double Hammers — $195 + tax
Hammers + Seminar — $320

Your hammers are yours to keep so you can continue practicing what we cover in the seminar.

Space and the number of Double Hammer sets are limited, so please register in advance if you’d like to join us.

Learn directly.
Traditional Kung Fu is passed through demonstration, technique, questions, repetition, guided training, and shared practice.
The retreat environment gives practitioners time to observe closely, work through details, ask questions, and develop a deeper understanding through direct instruction.
This July, that work will center on White Ape Steals the Peach.
