Updating my Coach Andrea Fisher - Masters Swimming with the current YMCA branch information. No "formal" masters swim classes tomorrow Wed 1/17. Branch will open at 8 a.m. but no programming will take place until after 3:30 at the pool. You can still come out and swim but no formal practice at 12 to align with other guidelines for the day. HOWEVER I will plan to swim at 12 so if anyone wants to join me come by and I'll put a group workout up on the board for us!

Can't wait for next Friday and our Tailgate for a Cause!!!! Save the date and swing on by Austin TownLake YMCA on Friday, February 19th. Starting at 4 p.m. we'll have swim workouts, run workouts, a spin class session, and yoga available!!!!

After your workout hit our "guilt-free" happy hour and recover with music from our live DJ!!! Enjoy adult beverages provided by KCCO, along with the following YUMMIES to munch down on: sandwiches from Schlotsky's, pizza/cookies & brownies from Southside Pizza, fajitas from Polvo's, dips and in-person cooked Mexican desserts from Trader Joe's, fajitas from Torchy's, chips and salsa from Mother's Cafe, and appetizers from Mama Fu's!!!!
