Hiring a Coach or Mentor is a HUGE step in your growth.

It means you can’t hide anymore. You’re signing up for radical accountability.

The next step, is making sure that the 99% of your time away from your coach is in integrity to what you committed to.

It’s the self follow through.

“Doctors won’t make you healthy.
Nutritionists won’t make you slim.
Teachers won’t make you smart.
Gurus won’t make you calm.
Mentors won’t make you rich.
Trainers won’t make you fit.

Ultimately you have to take responsibility”
- Naval

You can hire a mentor or a coach but at the end of the day, you must take accountability for your results.

The coach or mentor will set the structure and container, but it’s ultimately up to you whether you’ll reach your goals or not.

Hire support, but save yourself đŸ€

Whether you’re losing weight to feel “accepted”.

Making money to prove that you’re “smart”.

Or you think getting in shape will make other people “love” you more.

I want you to take a pulse check on what you’re doing and WHY you’re doing it.

Are you chasing an applause or doing it for others approval, acknowledgment, love etc ?

Whatever your reasoning - it’s all connected to a “feeling” we all desire.

Write that feeling down.

By reaching X goal, i’ll feel X.

Now, close your eyes. Put your hand on your đŸŒ±heart. And I want you to think of the “feeling”.

Let’s say it’s - love.

With eyes closed, I want you to think about what it feels like to feel loved. I want you to think of your most LOVED moment ever, that you received.

Mmmmm! That feels warm and fuzzy đŸ„°

You can give this to yourself, every single day. Every step of the way. Along your journey to whatever goal you’re after.

Goals are amazing but it’s important to hit this check with yourself every now and then. Goals are way easier and successful when we approach it from an internal motivation/feeling.

You can love yourself every day along the way, instead of “i’ll love myself when I reach X goal”.

I cannot stress the importance of doing the inner work (mentally and physically) enough.

This is what healed my relationship with food, my body and my fitness journey.

And once I mastered myself I was able to transcend in my career and my relationships.

Most of focus entirely too much on the external factors, always wondering why we have never felt “good” even though we were running ourselves into the ground putting in the “work”.

But the work we’ve been shown has predominantly been in the masculine scope (workouts, nutrition, macros, calories, sets, reps etc).

We NEED the masculine. Do not get me wrong. I use these tools every day. But until we do the inner work and get back into our bodies, we will only continue to run into blocks; mental, physical and emotional blocks that keep us from our ultimate goals.

So excited to bring this work into .standard 💕

We have our very first call for Lover Girl Era tomorrow Feb 9 @ 5pm EST.
