You’re showing up to the gym religiously. Four, five days a week for years. But, you still didn't look any different in the mirror.

You’re not lazy. You’re not skipping workouts. You’re just missing 3 critical pieces:

1. You’re not eating enough protein to support muscle growth.
2. You’re doing too much cardio, and not enough progressive overload.
3. You’re not recovering. Sh*tty sleep and chronic stress mean your body is always in breakdown mode. Effort without the right inputs doesn't build muscle–it just burns you out.

Comment, “Muscle," and I'll send you my Muscle & Strength in 3 Hours/Week Guide.

Rebecca was in and out of the gym for years, eating reasonably, doing cardio, but couldn't lose weight.

She wasn't lazy...
She wasn't making excuses...

She was frustrated. Disappointed in herself. Anxious.

She'd tried gym classes, cardio, eating "reasonably"--and nothing moved.

Her nutrition was all over the place, and wasn't eating nearly enough protein. And, she had no structure to what she was doing in the gym.

Once we fixed those things--and worked on the mindset and identity--she lost weight, built muscle, and gained self-confidence she hadn't had before.

Your body is not going to get toned, no matter how many workouts you do, until you stop making this mistake as a woman in your 30s and 40s.

Your metabolism will keep slowing down until you STOP ignoring this as a woman over 35.

I don't care if you're 10, 25, or 50 lbs. overweight, here's the routine I'd do to drop body fat asap as a coach who helps 35+ year-olds in perimenopause.
