Your focus will determine your outcome 👀
If you focus on how difficult or uncomfortable it feels to workout, it’s going to feel wayyy more challenging. It’s going to feel like it’s never going to be over and you’re never going to progress.
Kind of like watching a clock on the wall in a classroom when you’re looking forward to the end of the school day.
Conversely, if you focus on your goals, or the accomplishment of them to be more specific, and how that workout can HELP you achieve those things, the less agonizing and inconvenient the physical activity will seem.
When it starts to suck, check your focus 💪

Lower back pain? Solution 🤌👇
Seated Good Mornings are a safer alternative to traditional Good Mornings - an exercise that primarily target the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings.
Seated Good Mornings will specifically target the lower back, but are less likely to strain the back and potentially result in injury.
These can be done with or without weight. If looking to add resistance to the movement, a dumbbell may be ideal (as demonstrated below).
This exercise should be performed with relatively low resistance (weight) and higher repetitions to reduce risk of potential injury.
Strengthening the lower back gradually over time can reduce chronic lower back pain (common with sedentary work environments) and minimize risk of lower back injuries that are common with every day tasks.

Consistency is the key to achieving a goal (fitness, personal, business, financial, etc). But it’s not just about consistency… it’s about a quality effort being put forth day after day.
To be clear, a quality effort doesn’t mean perfection. What we’re looking for is simply a willingness to do the necessary (often boring or difficult) things on a consistent basis, and find ways to improve as we go along.
