During our last strength cycle, we worked on some classic Olmypic lifting technique and told our members, If you feel good today, go for a PR (personal record) attempt.

Some hit it, some chilled ( would like everyone to know he can do way more than that and was just playing around while has most likely recorded the wrong score).
