Therapeutic yoga practices involve breath observation, loosening the joints, stretching the muscles gently, pranayama and a lot of relaxation for the mind.
In therapy classes, One should note that each individual has their own ability to do exercises. In our sessions, we will first assess the individual's capability and limitations and then do certain practices that will help manage their conditions.
