The birth gets all the prep, the months of classes and reading and packing the bag, and then baby arrives and the real thing begins at 3am with nobody around to ask
that's the part this weekend is for ✨
Two evenings, both of you in the room together, building a postpartum plan that actually fits your family. Friday we cover newborn care and feeding, the why behind how they sleep and eat.
Saturday we turn toward mom, the body and the heart and the relationship. Plus how to build your village and set boundaries with the people who love you and also will not stop ringing the doorbell
Join Maddie next weekend: Postpartum Planning for Couples, Friday, June 19th + Saturday, June 20th @ 6:30 PM
Only two spots left, link in bio ❣️ One ticket covers you and your partner for both sessions.

if you've ever sat in the dark at 3am with a pump attached, wondering if anyone else is doing this too, this one's for you
pumping and bottle feeding rarely gets the same prep as breastfeeding, and most parents end up figuring it out alone, in the middle of the night, with a half-frozen freezer stash and a baby who suddenly won't take the bottle they took yesterday
this 90 minute bootcamp is for the families already in it, and for the ones who want to be ready before they're in it
led by infant feeding experts, you'll leave with a real pumping routine, a plan for introducing the bottle, milk storage you can actually trust, and a partner who knows how to help instead of hover
saturday, june 6th @ 4 pm
one ticket covers you + a support person

some good stuff coming up at the studio over the next few weeks ✨
quick notes worth mentioning:
the yoga for connection class is one ticket per couple, and it fills up fast because we keep the room small. all our couples classes work this way
babyproofing basics with moriel from juniper babyproofing is donation-based, come as you are
breastfeeding bootcamp and pumping & bottlefeeding bootcamp are back-to-back, june 5th and 6th. one is for the first week of life, the other is for when you're heading back to work or planning for the occasional bottle
link in bio for any of these. they tend to fill up, so grab your spot if something's calling to you ❣️

if you're due in july, august, or september, this one's for you
four thursdays in june with mariya, designed for women who want to go deeper than checklists
most prenatal classes will hand you a stage chart and call it preparation. this one starts with who you are before the birth, walks you through the physical and emotional work of labor, and ends with how to actually be supported in postpartum. six hours, four weeks, taught by mariya charlton, a ceremonial birth doula trained through DONA, Birth People, and Spinning Babies
you'll leave with practices that live in your body, not just in your notebook
thursdays, june 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th @ 6:30 pm
$225 early bird through friday, may 22nd
$250 after

postpartum doesn't end at six weeks. it doesn't end at six months either
four wednesdays in june, one hour at lunch, your core gets the chance to come back online with intention
alex vaughn is leading this one. she's a corrective exercise specialist with deep knowledge of pelvic floor health and core function, and she meets you where you are, whether you're three months out or three years out. expect diaphragmatic breathing, pelvic floor reconnection, real work on the back and shoulder tension that builds up from holding and feeding, and the kind of core stability that lets you lift your baby without bracing your whole body
babies are welcome, but the hour is built around you. feed when you need to, comfort when you need to, drop right back in
we close the series with a social hour, because recovery actually happens in community ❣️
wednesdays, june 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th @ 12 pm
$144 early bird through saturday, may 23rd, $180 after
space is intentionally small so alex can give individual attention. link in bio when you're ready, we'd love to have you ✨
