The most important relationship of your life is the one you keep ignoring.

We're in an epidemic of low self-trust. Women second-guessing themselves every single second, asking their ring, their watch, their app whether they're tired, hungry, allowed to rest. You already know the answer. You knew before the device told you.

Take it off. Yes, it's terrifying. Do it anyway. Your body has been talking the whole time. Don't outsource the listening.

This is how you rebuild self-trust. In the small moment you choose your own voice over the screen.

Save this for the day you forget.

I love technology. I think it's one of the greatest tools we've ever created.

But I've also seen what happens when we start outsourcing our intuition to it.

Eight years ago, I wore a WHOOP while preparing for a bikini competition. Every morning I checked my recovery score. Every morning it told me I wasn't recovered enough.

Eventually, I stopped asking myself how I felt and started asking the wristband.

The result?

More anxiety.
Worse sleep.
More stress around recovery.
And ironically, less trust in my own body.

Your body is constantly communicating with you.

The tracker can measure your heart rate.
It can measure your HRV.
It can measure your sleep stages.

But it cannot measure your relationship with yourself. If your wearable helps you and gives you useful information, amazing.

But if it makes you anxious, obsessed, or disconnected from your own signals, it may be worth asking:

When was the last time I trusted my body before I checked the data?

Your body knows more than you think. Listen to it.

Three things. Drop them, and watch what happens to your life in a month.

1. Complaining. The weather, your money, your body, the people, the job. What does it actually do for you? Nothing. Worse than nothing, because it locks you back into the exact state where you keep attracting more of what you don't want. The day I caught myself doing it and stopped, everything started to shift.

2. Victim mentality. It flows right out of the complaining. It tells you you're a puppet, that your life depends on what other people do to you. You never win from there. The phrase that pulled me out: everything I have in my life right now, I created. That puts you back in the driver's seat. And here's the surprise, you don't need years to change your reality. You need to believe it already exists, and hold it from the leadership position, not the victim one.

3. Wishing without moving. Wanting the thing and doing nothing for it. Buying the course that'll "fix" everything, booking the tarot reader who'll promise it's coming, then waiting. A wish is a puff of air. A soap bubble, pretty, floating up, gone. If you want the life you're craving, you have to move. And moving starts with where your energy goes.

Energy doesn't disappear. It just goes somewhere, and right now, most of it isn't going to you.

Stop giving yourself away. To people who drain you. To the nights that lead nowhere, and yes, I'm talking about the one-night stands. To the scrolling that numbs you. Pour that energy back into you instead. Reflect more. Create more. Get outside earlier. Go to bed earlier.

That's it, my love. Save this and come back to it the moment you feel yourself slipping into any of the three.

None of those habits feel dangerous in the moment, but if you keep them in your life, they will definitely destroy it.

⭐HOW I MANIFESTED MY WIN ⭐

Today I want to share with you the story of how I manifested my victory at the Arnold Classic in 2018. Yes, manifested it. Until that moment, I didn't even know that my longtime dreams and visualizations could be called manifestation. Since childhood, I believed I would live in America, and I pictured this life in vivid colors.✨

But let's return to 2018. At that time, I was going through a tough period—a divorce. I urgently needed to shift my focus, and I chose fitness bikini competitions. Training became my salvation. Every night, as I fell asleep, I saw myself on stage, holding the trophy. I felt the thrill, heard the applause, and saw the smiles and admiration. I was already living that moment.🙌🏼

And there, standing on the stage of America's biggest contest, when my name was announced as the winner, I wasn't surprised. I had already lived that moment in my dreams. It was real. This story is a vivid example of how belief in yourself and your dreams can turn them into reality. If you visualize your goals, feel them, and live them, they will indeed come true.🔝
