Training in an Open Air Gym may have you questioning your life choices on some days, BUT we like to focus on the positive side of what the elements can do for you!🙌🏼

Training in Hot Weather can:

❤️‍🔥Enhance Cardiovascular Function:
Can increase blood plasma volume and improve cardiovascular efficiency, allowing for higher VO2 max and better power output.

🥵Improve Thermoregulation: The body learns to start sweating sooner and more efficiently, reducing core temperature rise during future exertion.

🏃🏻‍♀️Increase Endurance: By adapting to heat, athletes can maintain a lower heart rate and sustain effort, improving performance even when returning to cooler temperatures.

🩸Increase Blood Volume: Over 4-5 weeks, heat training increases blood volume and red blood cell count, similar to high-altitude training.
