We’re using BikeErg sprints to raise the ceiling.
Longer efforts to hold watts.
Barbell cleans on separate days to keep output high.
Power isn’t about doing more.

Movement is medicine. Whether it’s yoga, stretching, or simply walking, find a way to move that feels good for your body. Mindful movement helps release built-up stress, increase endorphins, and improve your mood.
Just commit to MOVEMENT. Commitment is showing up on the day you don’t feel like it. When it’s cold. When you’re tired. When nobody’s watching. Thats progress. Show up for you, you owe yourself that.
