She’s not staying—and that’s the goal.

17 lbs down in 7 months.

No extremes. No starting over.
Just simple habits done consistently.

I don’t want you to stay.
I want you confident, with habits that last.

As much as I love guiding them—and they do feel like friends—I love seeing them leave ready, with a tool belt of habits they can rely on.

That’s success.

62. Mom of 7.

Five back to back.
Then a 10-year gap.
Now two teens at home.

I built something for myself in small pockets of time.
Fitness. Learning. Practicing. Messing up. Staying with it.

Now the older five have their own lives.
And I’m not sitting here bored or lost.

I have something that’s mine.
Something I’m still building.
Something that keeps me sharp, useful, and moving forward.

I see too many women hit this stage with nothing left for themselves.

All in on everyone else. Nothing built for them.

That’s the part that catches up.
Start building something that’s yours.
It’s not too late.

Pick something that interests you and stay with it.

If getting dressed or reaching into a cupboard feels harder, your body is losing what you’re not using.

Not age. Lack of consistent use.

Consistency brings it back.

A few minutes a day fixes more than you think.

Drop an 😃 if you’ll do these.

Sleep is not optional. It drives your results😇

Comment “REST”‘for the full episode.

Menopause makes it harder.
That’s exactly why it matters more.

Poor sleep raises cortisol.
You store more fat.
You lose muscle faster.
Hunger goes up. Energy drops.

Good sleep does the opposite.
You recover. Build muscle. Burn fat.

This episode with .eastman “SLEEP INVESTIGATOR “ and top Sleep Pod breaks it down.

I was replacing testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone after my annual physical five years ago showed they were all extremely low.

For how I feel and function.

Low libido
Wanted to support muscle
Wanted to protect bone strength

Then I stopped without planning to.

And I was extremely surprised at how I felt!

Low energy, mood swings, decreased strength and stiff, “tight” knees.

Get your levels checked. You may be missing out on something you don’t even realize.

I don’t post workouts and meals here to grow a following. That’s never been the goal.

This started years ago at Gold’s Gym. I was training, doing my own workouts, raising five kids. Women would come up to me and ask how I was getting results. How to do an exercise safely. Where to start. How I stayed consistent with a busy life.

They weren’t asking for something extreme. They wanted something they could actually follow.

That’s really when I noticed a need to share what know. So i got certified and started personal training.

Over the last 30 years, I’ve seen the same pattern. Women quit too soon. They get discouraged. They don’t make it a priority. Or they believe age, time, or money means they can’t do it.

Most of the time, it’s not a lack of effort. It’s lack of structure.

So I kept it simple.

Basic strength work. Simple meals. Short workouts you can do at home or anywhere.

No guessing. No random plans. Something you can repeat in every season of life.

That’s what I teach.

Because when it’s simple, you actually stay consistent. And consistency is what changes your body.

I don’t chase perfection. Life isn’t balanced all the time. But I do believe we have a responsibility to take care of our bodies and hold a higher standard.

What I see over and over isn’t just weight loss or muscle. It’s confidence. Structure. Self-respect.

That’s why I share this.

So a woman can see it’s possible. Keep it simple. Stay consistent. And build something she can rely on.

Comment “START” if you’re done chasing quick fixes and ready to stay consistent.

Protein pancakes. Simple. Filling. High protein.

This is one of the recipes inside my program.
I prefer . It’s all in one.
Add eggs or milk for more protein.
Or just add water and keep it simple

Along with many others you can rotate each week.

You can eat these for breakfast.
Or lunch.
Or make extra and keep them for later.
đŸ™‹đŸ»â€â™€ïžAfternoon snack , kids love them!

Food doesn’t need to be hard.
Pick a few meals you like.
Repeat them.

That’s how you stay consistent.
That’s how you stop overthinking food.

You feel full.
You enjoy what you eat.
And you’re not missing out.
