Today is World Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day. Itโs a day I never thought Iโd cherish.
Last month we lost our baby way too soon. Nothing can explain the sadness of knowing youโll never get to hold your child or watch them grow up. But to me, one of the saddest parts is how many people have told me theyโve gone through the same thing and I had NO idea. If youโre suffering in silence, Iโm here to listen and let you know that you are not alone.
Your baby matters, no matter how small or how long they were with you. โฅ๏ธ

Drink your water.
Get enough sleep.
Move your body.
Eat when youโre hungry.
Take time to relax when you need it.
There are so many crazy health and fitness tips and advice. My advice? Donโt overcomplicate it. The little things are the things that matter in making real, lasting changes.

When you donโt expect to go any faster but you take over a minute off of your time in a qualifier round 2! Ps yes this clean was ugly but I had also done like 100 by then ๐ ๐คช excited for test 4 tonight!

The many facial expressions of a squat ๐ had such a great time at the lift off yesterday! Took 2nd in the backsquat, 1st in the strict press and 2nd in the deadlift to finish 2nd overall in the CrossFit total ๐ฅ! The best part was raising money for this great organization.
