We are so excited about Step 2 of our Kane School Teacher Training Program coming up this weekend May 15th-17th and next weekend May 22nd-24th. This in-depth course shapes advanced instructors with a mastery of Pilates mat exercises as well as the knowledge to address biomechanics and postural issues in private and group settings. Includes lecture, self-study and assistant-teaching hours.
