This is a collection of tricks and combos that will make the viewer say “wait... what just happened?” Expect brain teasing thread throughs, unique transitions, and tips and tricks on how to make any combo fit your personal style.

Prerequisites: Leg Hang & Genie Static or Spin.

Shooter Style: Intro to Hardstyle

Step into the world of hardstyle pole, where strength meets attitude, and power takes center stage. In this class, you’ll explore the foundations of hard style movement, sharp lines, explosive movements, and grounded transitions that emphasize control and impact. We’ll break down the basics of building shapes, drops, and powerful beginner friendly holds while keeping everything beginner friendly. By the end, you’ll have the tools to bring intensity, precision, and a little bit of grit into your pole practice.

Prerequisites: No Hardstyle Experience Needed. Suitable for students with basic beginner spins and higher. Knee pads required. Heels recommended but not required.

These 8-class intense series are designed for students who want a quick overview of the entire Pole 1 or Pole 2 curriculum, want to review what they need to know for the Pole 1 or Pole 2 level assessment, or simply need accountability that they have a scheduled pole class.

Looking for a place to teach, host an event, practice, or conduct body work? We are looking to rent our space out during the day Monday through Friday, evenings Friday through Sunday, and a couple of select evenings during the week. Rent one room, two rooms, or the whole studio.
