Two months of consistent work

Reduced knee pain
Reduced knee stiffness
Improved knee mobility
Returned to running and recreational activities

❌ Start (30):
• Partial MCL tear
• Unable to fully extend the left leg
• Knee stiffness: 8/10
• Knee pain: 6/10
• Altered and uncomfortable gait
• Unable to run
• Unable to kick normally while swimming
• Unable to participate in pole dance classes

Prior activities included swimming, cycling, and pole dancing. She also attended a few physical therapy appointments but found them painful and was concerned her knee was getting worse.

✅ After two months (30):
• Knee stiffness reduced from 8/10 to 1/10
• Knee pain reduced from 6/10 to 2/10
• Significant improvement in knee mobility
• More natural and comfortable gait
• Able to run again
• Able to kick while swimming again
• Returned to pole dance classes

Lareral view — walking
• More upright trunk positioning
• More reciprocal arm swing
• Less guarded movement through the left leg
• Improved left knee extension through stance
• Smoother step-to-step transition

Lateral view — walking to running
• Regained the ability to run
• Sustained continuous running

Lateral view — standing posture
• Reduced kyphotic presentation
• Reduced lordotic presentation
• Reduced anterior pelvic tilt
• Better rib cage and pelvic organization
• More vertically organized posture

These changes also carried over into her work as a pediatric occupational therapist.

She was able to carry a large bag of toys into clients’ homes, get on and off the floor without pain, and complete standing tasks like cooking and showering with much less fatigue.

Her knee pain and stiffness are now both reported at 0/10.

“My experience with FPTX was amazing. I felt like Brandon really understood what was going on with my body and how to help it heal.”

“FPTX helped me build a stronger foundation to do the activities I enjoy. Even though it has been a while since I trained there, I feel like the work has continued to benefit my physical fitness.”

Great turnout at the FP Dance Party this past Friday!

We had a blast combining function with fun. No alcohol, no drugs and no need to stay up late.

Just a group of people coming together to move, have fun and learn how to preserve their bodies through FP and dance.

Looking forward to sharing some of our members’ moves 😀

Celebrating Chris Lodor’s fourth year with us.

It’s been inspiring to grow alongside this man, and not just in biomechanics. He puts in the work in every area of his life.

Really cool to watch his body, mind, and heart continue to evolve. Grateful to have you with us, brother.
