Yesterday I taught a bungee fitness class at Sky Candy. The class was full, and it was their first time for the whole group. It was a particularly delightful group! One guest was a bit nervous, and asked "is there a good spot for me to be as a beginner-beginner". I told them to set up right behind me so they could see me the whole time. They have an old knee replacement, and some other lower leg and back problems. The look on her face when she did her first unloaded squat without pain was PRICELESS!! I've been a licensed physical therapist and a pilates instructor along side being a professional aerialist for over 20 years. At the end of class that guest said "your instruction was so precise and valuable. I cannot believe how fun that was!"
