It’s easy to look at a pose like Side Plank and think yoga is about strength, flexibility, or achieving a certain shape.
But many of us discover that the practice offers something deeper.
A chance to slow down.
To notice.
To reconnect with the breath.
To become more aware of the relationship we have with ourselves.
The postures can help build strength in the body, but they can also create opportunities to practice presence, self-awareness, compassion, and choice.
What has yoga taught you beyond the poses?
Maybe it’s patience.
Maybe it’s trust.
Maybe it’s how to rest.
Maybe it’s how to listen.
We’d love to hear from you.
Share one thing your yoga practice has taught you off the mat. ↓

BATHE Half Day Retreat ✨
What a beautiful afternoon of yoga, hydrotherapy, meditation, workshop, nourishing bites, community, and intentional rest as we began transitioning into the summer season together.
This experience was created to offer practices, tools, and support that extend beyond a single day. A reminder that wellness is not just something we visit occasionally, but something we cultivate through small moments of presence, care, and connection in everyday life.
Together we explored ways to support the nervous system, cool and balance the body through seasonal Ayurvedic practices, slow down enough to listen inward, and reconnect to ourselves in community.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this gathering so special. We hope you left feeling nourished, grounded, refreshed, and supported with resources and tools you can carry with you as you transition into the summer season.
This retreat sold out, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with on this experience. If you haven’t checked them out yet, we highly recommend it.
More experiences coming soon 💓🦋

The practice doesn’t end when class does.
In yoga, we practice to carry awareness, breath, and intention into everyday life.
Through practices like:
• Pratyahara — turning inward and creating space from overstimulation
• Dharana — cultivating focus and presence
• Ahimsa — practicing non-harm toward yourself and others
• Svadhyaya — self-study and deeper reflection
…we begin to realize yoga was never only about poses.
It’s about how we move through the world.
How we regulate the nervous system.
How we stay connected to ourselves in the middle of real life.
Little by little, the practice starts to meet you everywhere. ❤️
Join us for practice!

This training is more than hours logged, it’s a refinement of your voice, your understanding, and the way you choose to share this practice.
We’re so proud of you.
We can’t wait to see all the ways you continue to teach, lead, and embody yoga, both on the mat and beyond it.
