What an amazing first year it has been. We celebrated all week with you, and it was so much fun.

Thank you to all our founding members for your unwavering support this past year, and to all the new members who have joined us along the way. The community we have created here is incredibly special. My vision for BODYBAR Pilates South Lamar was to create a safe space where every body feels welcome, supported, encouraged, and loved. My heart is full watching you all gain confidence and strength, and so many of you have become like family to me.

I also want to thank my leadership team, Faith and Lizzie, for your constant support and dedication, as well as our fabulous instructors and front-of-house team. You are all amazing human beings, and I am so lucky to have you.
