May was a WHOLE lot 🤌🏼🔥
THE RUNDOWN 👇🏻
Between celebrating birthdays, babies, and the gratitude for every day’s blessings this month allowed me to remember fully why I love doing what I do as a coach!
Gathering to connect IRL with 4 of my longtime clients really brought me back to my “why”
Not to mention what it was like to see them embody their truest selves and celebrate their hard work with the one and only and having my very own photoshoot experience, too
One big thing you didn’t see this month?
A nice big fat menty B 🫠🤣 driven by a collision of increased stress + luteal phase hormones + traveling without my husband - y’all it all knocked me fully on my ass in the days leading up to my Canada trip!
So this month I finally did something about the resurfaced flight anxiety and got myself into .thepilot Fly Without Fear course and it has already helped me SO much!
Sharing to remind you that while I love sharing the highs, I have my lows too 🙋🏻♀️
And on that note, you know what’s NOT currently low? My carbs 🥖
Reverse dieting has me up to nearly 300g carbs with driving this damn train to the promised land - aka a long stretch WITHOUT dieting and maintaining/enhancing the progress I’ve made in this season ❤️🔥

Yesterday marks one year since the surprise of a lifetime 🥹
This last year has shown me how precious time is and only just started to show me what a lasting, deeply meaningful & connected marriage takes
I have loved every day I get to do life with this man, and that includes the dark ones
Being chosen by this man, not just on this day, but every day we do this life together is one of the greatest gifts God has lead me to 💘
To many more moments and memories, big & small 💍

Yesterday, I had a completely career high moment I wasn’t expecting
Last year I felt called to follow in the footsteps of some coaches & teams I admire and decided to offer my clients the opportunity to partake in a photoshoot with the one and only
I run a small, intimate high touch operation as a coach and we knew we’d have a small, intimate group
4 of my clients, ages 49, 52, 62 and 56, all of whom have worked with me for over 1 year now in their transformation journey came forward and took the opportunity
There were nerves!
There were doubts.
There were “what ifs”
These women have set out to build a body and a LIFE they love and have built consistency, discipline, strength, and confidence in their journeys
They’ve broken through barriers, rewritten old beliefs and let me challenge them at every step.
They are moms, wives, business owners, and they’ve been through HARD times in life that have made them stronger 🙌🏼
They each prepared for this day, mentally and physically. Even so, getting front of a camera is nerve wracking!
Yesterday I witnessed each of them face fears and get to shift into an empowered state where they could see themselves exactly as I do every single week:
As strong, capable, FIT and thriving women who do hard things every day - and look pretty damn good doing it 😈
July will mark 6 years since I opened my online coaching program, and in the last 1.5 years I’ve never felt more aligned with what I offer as a coach.
Our intimate group of 5 of us has been the most unexpected way for me to remember why I love COACHING and connecting deeply with each of my clients who comes to do THEIR PART in our process ❤️
Watching them pick their outfits, pose for shots and spend hours scrolling through their photos - all while hyping each other up - is something I’ll never forget!
If you told me even a year ago I would have this moment as a coach I wouldn’t have believed you. And yet somehow I know the best is yet to come!!
Angie, Stacy, Beth & Jenn - I couldn’t be more honored you chose me as your coach and I am so grateful to celebrate this life changing milestone with you! 📸💯⭐️

Easy meals??? I got you.

I don’t do recipes.
The very word recipe makes me cringe 😅
You won’t find me going through a complex list of steps literally every
I’ll be over here combining foods and seasoning my proteins (ach hem, beef!) to make my life as easy and my body as healthy, hot + happy as possible ✌🏼
QUICK TIP:
To make these meals for YOUR macro needs, you can toggle the following:
“I need more carbs”
- increase your serving size (aka grams) of the carb - rice, sweet potato, pasta, oats etc
“I need less carbs”
- Decrease the serving size ^ or swap the main carb (rice, sweet potato etc) for more veggies!
“I need less fats”
- Switch to a leaner protein:
93% lean beef 👉🏻 96% ground beef or 99% lean ground turkey or chicken breast
“I need more fats!”
- Use a fattier cut meat or fattier protein (like switching shrimp for salmon or 96% beef to 90 or 85% beef
- Increase serving sizes of avocado or for my smoothie combo, MCT oil
- Use cooking oils or drizzle olive oil
I promise, babe - it’s easier than you’re making it
Stop saving complex recipes that we both know you’ll never make
Do it this way instead 😈

You’ve been lied to 👇🏻
You’ve been taught for YEARS that seeing the scale go down is THE way to change your body
And don’t get me wrong - a phase where scale drops are a part of the focus, aka a Calorie Deficit or Diet Phase IS a major part of transformation as it directly impacts loss of body fat (when done right)
But it’s not the ONLY way
And for most women who want to lose 10-15 lbs to REVEAL a physique that screams, “yeah, I workout”… they’re disappointed to drop weight to reveal a shape that isn’t what they want
Complaining about feeling soft, “puffy” and like you don’t have anything to really show for your hard work?
That was me for YEARS
I thought 135 was my magic number - until I learned about the SCIENCE (and honestly the magic) of body recomp!

Since I learned this, I’ve seen my body transform - and I’ve felt confident and happy at 150 lbs just as I have when I’m leaner around 137-140 lbs
You CANNOT live your whole life seeking to eat less and weigh less and expect good results long term
In fact if you’re stuck on that, you’ll stay stuck in your progress 😤🤨
