Patience is a virtue. You’ve heard it all your life. Yes, it applies to running too. If you’re showing up consistently, trust the result will come. “May the force be with you.”
One workout doesn’t make or break your season. You want to zoom out and track the pattern over time.
Remember, pace is a proxy for effort. You have to consider all factors in workouts. Not just pace over distance.
