Congrats to all of our fierce athletes and 2020 top award winners!!! Loyal Forever!

Our three seniors have been playing lacrosse together since their days and while we’re sad to see them go, we’re excited to see what the future holds! A shortened season didn’t stop these players from posting impressive results. There is no doubt whatsoever that they and their Varsity teammates were headed for a second appearance in the state tournament. #11 Adrian, #19 Margot, and #23 Sydney, we knew this day would come and no matter how much we prepare to say goodbye, there isn’t anything easy about it. Your team, your coaches, and your fans are going to miss the three amigas more than you’ll ever know. When you look back, do it knowing that you left Austin High Girls Lacrosse a much better program.

Austin High Girls Lacrosse is proud to salute graduating senior Sydney Chase! Four-year varsity letter holder, senior team captain, and amazingly tactical on attack. This fall Sydney’s off to Texas Tech University in Lubbock to major in international economics. #23, you’ve been an inclusive team leader, a friend to all your teammates, and have grown stronger each season. Congratulations on four fantastic years! You are going to be missed by all of us!

Austin High Girls Lacrosse is proud to salute graduating senior Margot Becker! Four-year varsity letter holder, three-year team captain, and wickedly effective midfielder and draw specialist. She’s so effective she’ll be playing for Bryn Mawr this fall! #19, you’ve been a consistent team leader, a valued counselor to your teammates, and a remarkable influence on women’s lacrosse in Central Texas. Congratulations and we are looking forward to seeing the next great Owl bring all of her mad skills to the collegiate field!

Austin High Girls Lacrosse is proud to salute graduating senior Adrian Mosser! Four-year varsity letter holder, senior team captain, and unbelievably swift on at midfield and the draw. This fall she’s off to Colorado State University in Ft. Collins to study Business and play club. #11, you’ve been a motivational team leader, an encouraging teammate, and a player with true passion for the game. Congratulations on such a remarkable career! You’re going to make a such a great Ram!

Attention parents of Austin High Boys & Girls Lacrosse and Austin Youth Lacrosse athletes (and parents of future maroon LAX players) - Join us at our super fun annual fundraiser Saturday, February 29 with Coach Jordan Ruggeri (boys) and Coach Jennie Biles (girls). Visit with LAX parents, eat fajitas from Lee’s Meat Market and help raise money for all of our program teams. There's never been a more exciting time to be a LAX Maroon!
