The philosophy of USFHL is to support and develop local adult field hockey in the US.
We seek to bring Regions of US Adult Field Hockey Hockey together for various competitions across the country. Started in 2017 the US National Field Hockey League aims to offer adults, both men and women, the chance to continue playing field hockey after college. With this in mind the organisation is helping to grow and develop leagues and teams around the USA and offers an annual national tournament for the best teams to compete against each other.

WEST Regional Club Championships begins TOMORROW! Who will take the spots for Nationals? 👀
Top 2 teams from each division qualify for the 2026 National Club Championship in St. Louis, MO
Game Format:
Each game is 4x12-min quarters
2-min quarter break, 4-min halftime, 4-min between games
(56-min games + 4-min in between)
Games will run on the clock, no stoppage of time for any reason.

& have qualified for 2026 South Regional Club Championships after the South Play-In Qualifier! narrowly missed out but put together great competitive performances all weekend long.
Every game was competitive with teams scrambling to take the top 2 qualification spots, and the results came down to the score of the last match.
Big thanks to all the teams and organizers for making the Play-In possible!
