The School of Inner Martial Arts focuses on Aikido & Tai Chi art forms, self defense, and weaponry & Aikido is a martial art originating in Japan.
The word Aikido may be actively translated as "The Way of Harmony with the Flow". Aikido is based on high level traditional martial forms emphasizing sword, stick and empty handed arts. Mark Leidig is a 40-year practitioner of Aikido and 38-year practitioner of Chinese and other martial arts. Mark has been an ACC faculty member for 27 years and is dedicated to making martial arts approachable for all experience levels.
