Last one! This one will be built to Olympic specs with a 40 inch wide center wood board. Almost done leveling and upgrading all the platforms! Thanks y'all for your patience.

Another one done. Bumpers only and no dropping for a week followed by just no dropping for another week while the leveling compound continues to get stronger. Can't wait for all the platforms to be done!

It's that time again! Time to celebrate Iron Vault's 7th anniversary with our annual powerlifting non-meet.
Here's how our unsanctioned and unconventional non-meets work:
Each lift may be performed and submitted anytime during the appointed weeks. Weigh-in with the Spotter or workout buddy. Confirm the weight of the lift. Video the lift with a good view of the plates. Share the video as an IG post or story, tag , and label your weigh-in and the weight lifted (in pounds). Attempt as many lifts as you want but you may only submit (by posting) each lift once.
SQUAT: March 8-14. Hip joint (anterior hip crease) must dip below the top of the knee (swipe right for diagram). Belt and knee sleeves allowed.
BENCH PRESS: March 15-21. Barbell must touch chest without bouncing, but no pause necessary. Butt must remain in contact with the bench. Wrist straps, elbow sleeves, and belt allowed.
DEADLIFT: March 22-28. Conventional or sumo. No hitching. Belt and straps allowed.
Any lift disqualified if Spotter touches any part of the barbell or lifter's body during the lift.
Results will be announced the following week (determined by IPL GL points). Winners immortalized by plaque displayed proudly in the gym.
Guests may participate, but must perform lifts at FeV. "Spotter" refers to the FeV employee on duty during normal hours. Day pass needed.
