She WON! ๐Ÿ†

Every month at Embody we run a workout challenge for our members and this month it was all about grip strength.
Moriel started this challenge only being able to hang for 30 seconds. By the end of the month she was hanging for 1 minute and 40 seconds. ๐Ÿ˜ญ

That is not just a win. That is what happens when you show up consistently, trust your coach, and refuse to quit.

A huge shoutout to Coach Erica for pushing Moriel every single session and believing in her before she believed in herself. ๐Ÿค
