People like make me love my job. After years of working together, always adjusting and improving we still continue to evolve. Perhaps my favorite part of coaching is that no two people are the same. From goals, to nutrition, to training needs, to schedule, family, work and many more differences they all come into consideration.

Brooklyn and I have seen it all at this point and this has been her best season yet. Her two overall titles this year were at two of my favorite shows. The and now Republic of Texas. Our last show will be the NPC USA Championships and we got the feedback we needed.

Thank you Brooklyn for being a constant bright spot in my life and for working so hard while trusting me.

First time on the National stage for at NPC Universe. We took what we learned last week and came in tighter and fuller.

John was split center in his class and tonight we find out if he gets to battle for the overall title.

Peaking John with the linear load has been fun to witness. By tonight he will have had more than 1100 carbs in 3 days and he keeps getting sharper. Finals at 5pm.
