haven't done one of these in a minute but the pics have been popping up in my memories on different socials. Hard to believe this was 7 years ago, now. My first trip to Europe to compete in the Obstacle Course Racing World Championships in London, 2019! I was at peak strength and conditioning, maybe even a little more so after this. Covid lockdowns did a number on a lot of people and the racing industry took a big hit in general. The OCRWC was a big rabbit for me to chase, I need another one that will light a flame under me to train at this level again and not just to stay "functionally healthy".

Day 3 of CrossFit AgeGroup Semifinal workouts! This guy's have been crushing it so far! 2 more days to go and hopefully we're going back to Cali for The Games in a couple of months!! #2026
