We have an amazing line up of bite sized CEU events shaping up for you this Fall- Polyvagal Theory & Ayurveda, Politicized Somatic Therapy, Trauma Conscious work with Couples & S*x Therapy- maybe some perinatal mental health in the mix.

But our lovely Bri Liu is kicking things off for us on Saturday, October 3rd, as she guides you through a 90-min exploration of the Fawn Response.

This CEU is experiential and collaborative and provides 1.5 CEUS, approved by the WA Mental Health Counseling Association. Yoga teachers who choose to attend can also submit to Yoga Alliance.

This is a live event and you must be present to obtain CEUs.

Ask and you shall receive!

One recurring request from our community survey was for additional trainings and CEUs. So this Fall, we’ll begin offering 1-2hr CEUs for RYTs and mental health professionals. Some will be more geared toward mental health topics while others will be focused on supporting the needs of our yoga teachers. Let us know what topics you might like to see!

Bri is kicking things off for us with a 90-min CEU exploring the “fawn” response and how to utilize trauma-conscious tools to work with clients.

This training is designed for mental health folks (but YTs are welcome!) and will be an interactive space with discussion, case conceptualization, and practical strategies.

Saturday, 10/3/26
10:30am-12:00pm CST
Registration: $50
