Every time I travel to somewhere new, Iβm reminded how much is also left to explore and how much this Earth has to offer. It changes you. Opens your eyes and your heart.

Belonging is an inside job.
So is feeling like your enough.
Self-acceptance is the path and requires a sort of reparenting. If you sit and feel long enough with yourself, you can not only discover whatβs sitting on top, but what needs nurturing inside and how to fulfill that Nurturance. We need others for support. We need others for our survival. But we need the love ourselves to truly heal from the inside out.

π Pick a couple of these to practice for a minute each, followed by another minute to feel what feels supportive for you. Then make the decision to be consistent in practicing, even once or twice a day.
β’While co-regulation with others can be nurturing and is necessary for survival, learning how to support yourself in these ways are self-compassionate actions. AND, when you are regulated, others around you can more easily regulate themselvesβ¦WIN/WIN!
β’I love easy to remember tools like these that you can use ANYWHERE. Smaller practices lead to big shifts, and, over time, profound changes in our inner atmosphere. π³
