Sunday morning flexibility & mobility with Meg K!

I offer yin yoga classes at the Circle C Community Center, 6:00-7:00 PM, the first three Wednesdays and the last Thursday of each month.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced, passive yoga practice focused on holding floor-based poses for an extended time (1-5 minutes) to target deep connective tissues (i.e., fascia, ligaments, and tendons), promoting better circulation, flexibility, mobility, relaxation, and mental calmness. Each class ends with a relaxing savasana sound bath of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other instruments.
Who benefits from yin yoga? Everyone! Especially those with joint problems or stiffness, those who sit at a desk all day, or those who need a calming practice in the evenings.
My Yin + Sound classes are open and accessible to everyone. This practice uses a blanket, bolster, strap, and blocks. I have enough props for 10 people.
Your first class is $5!
The next class is Wednesday, June 3, 6:00-7:00 PM.
Space is limited, so please pre-register here: https://forms.gle/bE4AzD9uKH9SKyRF7
I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, 50-hour certified yin yoga teacher, level one sound healing practitioner, and currently working through yoga nidra certification.
