When movement comes from a place of devotion instead of punishment, it becomes something you want to return to again and again. Not because you should, but because it feels like care.
Seek out spaces that invite curiosity. Spaces that help you get closer to yourself, not override your signals or turn your body into something to fix. Movement should build trust, not ask you to betray it.
And we know just the place —> ritualmoves.co/book

Neighbors Together supports some of the lowest-income neighborhoods in Brooklyn, especially families who rely on SNAP. If movement is part of your life, this is a chance to let it reach beyond the studio. Come move, give what you can, and be in community.
Share with friends. If you’re traveling for the holiday, join the virtual mat class and show support from wherever you are.

You can’t teach what you don’t embody.
Join us for THE TEACHING BODY: a weekend mentorship for movement instructors ready to reconnect with the art of teaching. Together we’ll explore space-holding, cueing, sequencing, class arcs, rhythm, and community, all rooted in embodied leadership.

a note from our founder:
sometimes it feels like we’ve lost the plot.
why do we move…and who do we move for?
somewhere along the way, movement got branded.
healing got packaged.
wellness became something to buy instead of something to feel.
is the studio you attend focused on aesthetics or community?
on performance or presence?
on selling you an image…or helping you come back to yourself?
you don’t need a matching set, a matcha, or the newest ankle weights to be whole.
you just need to be here, in your body.
listening.
we keep chasing more, but what we’re looking for isn’t out there.
it’s already in us, waiting to be felt.
embodiment isn’t a purchase.
it’s a practice.
and it starts with the body.

Two years with and she’s still cracking jokes while our legs are shaking. She’s grown with us and helped us grow. Can’t really picture RM Austin without her at this point.
If you’ve taken her class, drop a note below so she knows how much she’s loved.
