You’re making it harder on yourself to see progress going to the gym without a plan.
Create structure and watch the difference.
Seen the most lower body growth using this methodology:
Pick two compound/functional movements.
Pick 2-3 accessory movements targeting the muscle group you’re trying to grow.
Aim for progressive overload week over week (an extra rep, more weight, added set)
Examples:
Leg day split 1 - targeting glutes/back body
👉🏽 Deadlift or RDL
👉🏽 Hip thrust
👉🏽 Seated leg curl
👉🏽 Cable kick back
👉🏽 Abductor machine (or clam shells)
Leg day split 2 - targeting quads/adductors
👉🏽 Squat variation of choice (Front, high bar back squat or goblet best for quads)
👉🏽 Walking or Stationary lunges
👉🏽 Leg extensions
👉🏽 Adductor machine
👉🏽 Copenhagen planks
Depending on how many lifts per week you do - great to mix these up for a comprehensive lower body too.
How do you like to structure your lifts?

Who said you need to lay down for core work?!
Love these for ending a lift session - they are all strength and mobility exercises to help get strong and keep you moving well.
Standing or kneeling halos: primarily targets shoulders, upper back and core. They build shoulder stability, improve thoracic spine mobility, and engage the core to keep the torso stable.
Standing or kneeling windmills: strengthens the obliques, core, shoulders, and hips while improving spinal mobility and flexibility. It is highly effective for enhancing stability, particularly in the lats, glutes, and hamstrings - amazing full body exercise.
Unilateral weighted standing marches: primarily target the core, shoulder stability, and hip flexors while improving balance and coordination. The offset weight improves overall balance and postural control.
All prenatal friendly with the right form and breathing! DM me if you want some tips!

The best time getting to surprise Nana for her big milestone birthday and celebrating Mother’s Day with mine 💕
No matter where we go, being here with family is always home.
She’s still got it and sassy at 90 - came ready to conquer in her lobster fit 😂
Hope all the mamas out there had an amazing Mother’s Day yesterday! 🫶🏽
