*this all-levels vinyasa class is a slow-moving but physically challenging practice (think staying for 5 breaths in a pose). You will sweat. I encourage you in class to take the “easy” option of a pose. We don’t force, or compare, or push harder than we should. You can take breaks. I cue lots of options within the practice, so you can choose what serves your body best in the moment. We work on balance. We embrace the wiggles. This is a foundational practice that centers on functional strength and mobility; the type of practice that benefits you in ALL other movements 🧡 Come join our growing community.

Update: CLASS IS FULL 🎟️
This women-only class offers a mindful approach to movement, combining the fluidity of vinyasa with the stability of longer-held poses. Instead of moving quickly from one posture to the next, we slow things down, holding poses for 5–8 breaths to build strength, improve mobility, and cultivate deeper body awareness.
Expect fewer sun salutations and transitions, and more time to truly feel each pose, refine alignment, and connect breath with sensation. The pace is steady and intentional rather than fast or sweaty, making this class both grounding and strengthening without the intensity of a power yoga class.
This is an excellent introduction for anyone new to yoga, as well as a refreshing option for experienced practitioners looking to move more mindfully. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more open, and more connected to your body.
