⚽🔥 WORLD CUP INSPIRED WORKOUT 🔥⚽

What if watching the game became part of your workout?

Turn every match into a fitness challenge and keep moving from kickoff to the final whistle.

🏃 Goal = 3-minute run
🟨 Yellow Card = 1-minute run
🟥 Red Card = 2-minute run
🚩 Corner Kick = 30-second sprint
🚩 Offside = 15-second sprint

Choose your level:

✅ Beginner: Watch one half and jog for 1 minute every 5 minutes.
✅ Advanced: Watch the whole game and jog for 2 minutes every 5 minutes.

The goal isn’t to be perfect.
The goal is to move.

Every step counts.
Every sprint adds up.
Every game is an opportunity to invest in yourself.

✅ Jump Squats – 3 sets of 10 reps
✅ Skater Jumps – 30 seconds
✅ Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds

🔥 Looking for more of a challenge? Increase the Skater Jumps and Mountain Climbers to 45–60 seconds.
