The Healthy Girl Summer Routine I’m Sticking To 🌴SAVE TO USE LATER AND SEND TO ONE FRIEND 😍
Not chasing perfection this summer — just becoming the strongest, healthiest, happiest version of myself ☀️
Here’s what I changed:
✨ Pilates + weights 3x/week
✨ Cardio 2x/week
✨ No more random snacking
✨ Balanced meals with enough protein
✨ Sun outside + sauna for recovery & wellness
The biggest difference?
I stopped trying to “diet” and started building habits I can actually maintain.
More energy. Better mood. Stronger body. Clearer mind.
Healthy looks different on everyone — this is simply what’s been working for me lately 💛

With the right Pilates-based, low stress training thats designed to work with your body instead pf against it, losing weight actually becomes much easier.
In fact - you do not need to eat some jab that makes you want to throw up, and you don’t need to workout more than 2-3 times per week for like 45 min max. So this is really achievable for busy moms over 40 who are tired of feeling inflamed, sore and stuck at the same weight - and who want to feel lean, tight and confident again.
