The Healthy Girl Summer Routine I’m Sticking To 🌴SAVE TO USE LATER AND SEND TO ONE FRIEND 😍
Not chasing perfection this summer — just becoming the strongest, healthiest, happiest version of myself ☀️

Here’s what I changed:

✨ Pilates + weights 3x/week
✨ Cardio 2x/week
✨ No more random snacking
✨ Balanced meals with enough protein
✨ Sun outside + sauna for recovery & wellness

The biggest difference?
I stopped trying to “diet” and started building habits I can actually maintain.

More energy. Better mood. Stronger body. Clearer mind.

This inner thigh Pilates workout targets the adductors, pelvic floor, and deep core using slow, controlled movements. You don’t need fancy equipment—just a small ball, pillow, or yoga block to activate those muscles that are hard to reach.

Perfect if you’re:
• Looking to tone inner thighs
• Over 40 and want joint-friendly workouts
• Focused on strength, posture, and core connection
• Training at home with minimal equipment

Remember: squeeze the ball gently, zip up the core, close the rib cage, and move with control. Consistency over intensity always wins.
