Marcus Aurelio Jiujitsu Academy instructors teach self defense systems that focus on grappling/ ground fighting, and kickboxing.
Our Jiujitsu program promotes the concepts of leverage, spatial control, and finishing techniques. We offer three levels of Jiujitsu level classes, Fundamentals, Intermediate, and Advanced. Kickboxing classes are a combination of striking, kicking, cardiovascular conditioning, and strength training. This fast paced class will propel students into the best shape of their lives quickly.
