Reflecting...
As we wrap up week 18, a huge THANK YOU goes out to you for being part of this journey thus far! In a very short time, we've hit a number of big milestones and far exceeded first quarter projections! For us, they aren't exclusively measured in dollars. We've been building trusting relationships and making new friends. This is never taken lightly.
When I was a kid, one of the most exciting things to do was to go to the local bike shop. I had three shops close to me where I grew up in Mayfield. One of them seemed to hate customers. I found it hard to spend money there. Another one never seemed to have the right stuff in stock but they were friendly. The last one always had fresh and desirable inventory, but most importantly, they were always incredibly informative, helpful, and welcoming.
We know that no one bike shop can ever be all things to all cyclists and that's okay! Our focus from the start has always been to give you the exceptional service you'd expect, but more importantly, deserve.
