September 1st. Fly-fishing reports for the Vail/Roaring Fork valleys (in the comments). Cooler weather has been making for much better conditions. We are expecting a fairly wet September comparative to years past. The Hopper/terrestrial fishing is still going strong. Our guides are on the water every day. Walk/wade and float fishing trips are productive.
