Last time I did a prep for a show, it got canceled 5 day before the show do to Covid. I wasn’t going to retire from bodybuilding like that !!!

🗣️ I was the guy That was Full of Bad Habits ‼️
🗣️drinking every weekend, smoking w**d and s**t, thinking I was hot s**t. 💩
🗣️ that’s right .. I was A piece of S**T. I felt like s**t and I was using alcohol and w**d to “feel better” WTF 🤬
🗣️ How do I spect for OTHERS to respect me if I don’t respect myself. Makes no sense ‼️‼️
