Very late posting this, but I felt the need to share today. It was bittersweet having to end my Zumba and Commit classes. I knew I needed to for my health and sanity. I was being overloaded and putting too much strain on myself.
But let me sayβ¦ I miss teaching so much π I loved meeting new people, being free to be myself up front, and share these amazing classes that helped me out of my shell.
After recovering from my surgery last April I truly hoped to be free of my foot pain. Free to teach and dance all I wanted. Now Iβm back in the doctors office trying to figure out what else I can do to get back to it, to stop the pain.
I didnβt post this before mainly because I felt like I made no difference, but despite my classes being small I loved being part of it. I miss it. To all those who attended my classes, all whose classes I attended, those who inspired and lifted me up, I want to thank you. You all kept me going and keep inspiring me to move past this. Keep going, dance for me!

Rewind to the end of my January classes. Big shoutout to all the wonderful ladies who attended. It was so great meeting all of you and seeing your smiling faces twice a week. On days where it seemed difficult to push through, you guys were my motivation. While some of you werenβt able to return this month, I hope to see you back in class soon!
