My very own butternut squash soup
Small portions for about 2 people.
Ingredients:
2lb butternut squash
1 thick slice of onion of your choice
1 peeled garlic
4 cups chicken stock
I cup grape tomatoes
Directions:
Peel and cut squash into 1x1inch cubes, slice 1 inch thick round of onion, peel garlic and place in air fryer. Add a salt and pepper and roast on high for 18 min.
Once soft add roasted ingredients to blender, add stock and any other spices of choice. (I added dried rosemary).
Add blended ingredients to a saucepan with a drizzle of olive oil and stir untill well heated. (Beware of splatter if pan is too hot)
Taste for salt and add roasted cherry tomatoes once plated for a nice finish.

Good read!
It is often assumed that plyometric training increases athletic performance by increasing tendon stiffness. However, it seems more likely that it increases athletic performance by increasing eccentric strength (active muscle stiffness) in addition to high-velocity strength.
Conversely, increasing tendon stiffness by using isometric training (which increases tendon stiffness extremely effectively has far smaller beneficial effects on athletic performance).
