Great track session yesterday.

With back from racing we did “The Tryp”, a team workout where you take turns dictating the interval time.

Everyone pushed it today setting some 400m PRs and taking care of their teammates.

Were so proud of these young men and women. They put so much work in while being students and leaders. They set an example for all of us to get the work done and roll with the punches.

Tomorrow they will show all the work they’ve been putting in.

A 2 minute improvement from last year and knocking on the door of the podium!

This was a stacked field with some local big names and Esteban showed he belongs with them through great pacing and hard work.

Brody was strong across the board and closed with a race winning run to chase down the guys ahead of him to break the tape.

He still has a lot more racing this season and all signs point to more podiums!
