Unilateral, multiplane landmine clean and press... By no means should exercises like this become the corner stone of an individual's program but this is an example of a great accessory movement to develop power and coordination.

After doing some lower body strength and skill work in last night's Primal Movement class we did this nice little AMRAP....
14 minutes
-3 wall walls
-6 burpees
-12 KB swings
-24 butterfly sit-ups

Part 1: "You make my knees weak"
3 rounds for time
1 partner does goblet squats continuously while the other runs 400m; switch
Part 2: "I'm falling for you"
14min EMOM
1 partner does 10 pushups, 10 KB swings & 4 burpees while the other rests; switch
