Down 10 Fitness LLC Down 10 Fitness LLC is a family owned 24/7 fitness center. We also have free weights, 2 treadmills, a stepper, and an elliptical.

We have Cybex weight stack machines for ease of use, no loading weights, just simply adjust the weight by moving the pin.

PLEASE DO NOT EAT MEALS IN THE GYM AND LEAVE FOOD WASTE.

We are a 24/7 unstaffed gym and that means that one or two items in the trash do not warrant changing out trash. However, there has been a massive amount of food trash in the gym.

We had a wasp nest near roof above the entrance to the gym. It has been sprayed and removed. However, there are a few angry foragers that have returned to no home. They should leave or die of in the next couple of days. Please be cautious upon entering the gym today.

It’s a scorcha today! Powerades are stocked in bottom of fridge and to celebrate Americas 250th birthday we have some limited edition Monster Red, white and Blue Razz and limited edition Alani Purple Cotton Candy.

I can give them both 2 👍🏽 !

$3 for all drinks in fridge.

NOTICE: as of July 1st. Rates will increase to $50/month and $500/annually. For students in high school it will go to $35/month and $350 annually.

Unfortunately the cost for everything has changed drastically from when I opened but I have kept prices the same since we opened in 2021. This will ensure that all is covered and that there are funds in the bank for updated equipment as well.

NO PART OF THE UPSTAIRS AREA IS ACCESSIBLE DURING THIS TIME FRAME, MAIN FLOOR IS STILL ACCESSIBLE.

I ALSO ASK THAT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE HEADPHONES THAT YOU DO KEEP THE SPEAKER KEPT DOWN TO A REASONABLE LEVEL.
