A huge thank you to Shawn Melanson for making the trip to Team Valhalla and sharing his knowledge with our athletes and coaches.

The seminar was packed with details, concepts, and techniques that everyone—from beginners to experienced competitors—can immediately add to their game. Shawn's ability to break down positions, answer questions, and explain the "why" behind the techniques made for an incredible learning experience.

We're grateful not only for the world-class instruction but also for the time Shawn spent helping everyone improve both on and off the mats.
