Now Hiring! Assistant Youth Strength and Conditioning Intern at IVA Performance

Position Type: internship/Part-time

Target Hours: 5-8 hours per week (Afternoons and Weekends)

Pay: gym membership and $20 dollars per class

About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic, reliable individual (junior or senior in high school) who is interested in learning about a career in strength and conditioning, sports performance, or exercise science.

You will work closely with our head instructors to assist, co-coach, and eventually lead foundational athletic movement classes for youth (ages 8-16). This position is structured as a hands on mentorship program where you will gain real world experience in coaching mechanics, program design, group management, and facility operations.

IVA is excited to announce that Canes Ohio Baseball 13u- Peters will now be training out of our facility! Not only do they get turf space and batting cages, they also have access to top of the line weight lifting, recovery, and training programming focused on strength, mobility, and power.
